The Best Business Apps
Here at Virtual Goals Assistant Agency, we work to bring our Goal Achievers the best resources and strive to manage their day-to-day tasks to eliminate the stress and allocate free time in their days for whatever they desire. This month we sat down with our Dream Team and voted on our three most used and favorite business-related apps! This blog has been created in hopes to bring new resources, or refocus the current use of these resources, to streamline a more efficient workflow.
First up on our list was the infamous Canva.
Many business owners know of Canva and use the desktop version of this application frequently. Yet, it always strikes us at the number of people who don't know that there are an app available on your phone and/or tablets. We use this when on the go to continue to edit and alter text and graphics for our Goal Achievers - the grind never stops! Next up we all love the infamous Hootsuite app.
What's an abundance of content created, if you have to continuously upload it, and likely forget to do so? Nothing. We love the capability of being able to schedule content at times that are most active for our follower count and continue our engagement on EVERY social media platform we are visible on. It simplifies the social media world!
Last on our list but certainly, not least is the great Asana.
This particular platform is great for both business operators and clients. We love to be able to connect and organize our projects to each dedicated goal achiever. It really doesn't get much sweeter than having this all at your fingertips. Team work makes the dream work and this app makes it easiest to work together as that team!
